Keep selling in the EU with ease by ensuring your products meet the latest regulatory requirements with Webinterpret’s effortless, automated compliance solution.
The GPSR is a European Union (EU) regulation aimed at ensuring the safety of consumer products within the EU. It replaces the previous General Product Safety Directive (GPSD).
All EU and non-EU businesses selling to the EU must comply with the GPSR. Manufacturers, retailers and importers are all responsible for ensuring compliance.
The GPSR applies to all non-food consumer products sold in the EU that are not already covered by specific EU directives or regulations. This includes offline and online sales, as well as new and second-hand products.
To comply with the GPSR, businesses must meet label, documentation and online listing compliance requirements, as well as designate a Responsible Person within the EU.

The work around it [GPSR Compliance] was minimal. I’ve got thousands of products listed. If each and every one needed information, I would have been there for weeks on end.

The most important aspect of Webinterpret's service for us has been ensuring compliance with the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Navigating these new rules could have been costly and time-consuming, but Webinterpret made the process simple and cost-effective. Our GPSR setup was quick and straightforward, and we started seeing results in days.

As far as our company is concerned, our opinion of the services offered by Webinterpret can only be extremely positive in every respect. They have enabled us to expand our business into markets that we considered unattainable, all in a completely automated way, almost imperceptible from our point of view. Furthermore, thanks to the exclusive management of eBay campaigns, we have seen a significant increase in sales in all markets managed through Webinterpret.
